Hosting means that you let your property out to guests via the Airbnb platform. Our job at beehosting Property Management is to manage this process for you, liaising with guests, helping them check in and out, directing them to attractions nearby, and organising the cleaning of your property. We sort out repairs and optimise prices, to boost how much money you make. We are a close knit team so we can manage your property with efficiency and attention to detail. We are a one-stop shop in managing your Airbnb property and no task is too big for us. We will always give you transparency and value for money, as well as maximising your rental yield via our price optimisation strategies.




How do I get paid?


You will be paid by Airbnb 24 hours after your guest checks-in.




How am I charged for your services?


Each guest pays a nightly room rate, plus cleaning fee. This is what you get paid (minus the Airbnb percentage). beehosting then takes our management fee as a percentage of the room rate and cleaning fee. beehosting also then claims the cleaning fee from you to pass to our cleaning and laundry suppliers.




When do you charge for your services?


We invoice each client at the end of the calendar month, with the expectation that payment is made within two working days of receipt of the invoice.




Do you provide towels and linen?


Yes we do. We offer hotel quality towels and linen. We provide: • Pillow cases • Pillow protectors • Duvet covers • Duvet protectors • Fitted sheets • Bath mats • Tea towels • Bath towels • Hand towels You will need to provide mattresses, duvets and pillows.
